We make every effort to represent products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen colour displays, the materials used or technical manufacturing or printing constraints.
These minor differences cannot be considered defects or non-conformities, subject to applicable statutory guarantees.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or withdraw any product from sale at any time without notice.
Section 4 — Personalised or made-to-order products
As of the date these Terms were last updated, personalised or made-to-measure products are not offered for direct sale on the website.
Any personalisation request requires prior contact with DEMO V2. Where applicable, specific conditions may be communicated before the order is approved, including the creation process, approval of a preview or mockup, production times, cancellation conditions, and return and refund conditions.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, a personalised order made on request is considered an order for goods made to the customer's specifications, potentially covered by the exception to the right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code.
Section 5 — Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products, subject to availability and acceptance by DEMO V2.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel an order, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate or incomplete information, a previous dispute with the customer, product unavailability or an obvious error in the price or product description.
An order is only considered finally accepted after payment has been confirmed and validated.
Section 6 — Prices and billing
Prices displayed on the website are in euros (€). Unless otherwise stated, they exclude shipping costs, which are specified before final order confirmation.
As DEMO V2 operates under the French micro-enterprise regime, VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Products are charged at the price in effect when the order is placed.
You agree to provide valid and authorised payment information. Any attempted fraudulent or irregular payment may result in immediate cancellation of the order.
Section 7 — Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped to the address supplied by the customer when ordering.
Delivery times are estimates. They may vary depending on the carrier, destination, busy periods or events beyond our control.
DEMO V2 cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier, force majeure, logistical, customs or administrative disruptions, or errors in information supplied by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. Address errors, unclaimed parcels or parcels returned to the sender may result in additional reshipping charges.
Section 8 — Returns, withdrawal and refunds
Conditions concerning the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds are detailed in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
For standard products sold on the website, customers benefit from the right of withdrawal under the French Consumer Code, except where a statutory exception applies.
Personalised or made-to-order products, when purchased through a specific order outside the standard store, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law.

All elements on this website, including text, artwork, images, photographs, logos, graphics, videos, layouts, brand elements and editorial content, are protected by intellectual property law.

DEMO V2 retains all rights to its visual identity, creations, content and communication materials.
Section 10 — Content or artwork supplied by the customer
For personalisation requests made outside the website, the customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights to the files, artwork, text, images, logos or other elements supplied to DEMO V2.
The customer warrants that this content does not infringe third-party rights; does not infringe copyright, trademarks, designs or any other intellectual property right; and is not contrary to the law, public order or accepted standards of morality.
DEMO V2 reserves the right to refuse any request containing clearly unlawful, inappropriate or contentious content. Liability for content supplied by the customer remains solely with the customer.
Section 11 — Third-party tools, applications and services
The website may incorporate or provide access to tools, modules, applications or services operated by third parties, particularly through Shopify or its extensions.
These third-party services are provided under their own responsibility. DEMO V2 cannot be held liable for their content, availability, operation or the consequences of their use.

Obligations and liabilities arising before termination remain applicable afterwards.
