2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations between DEMO V2 and anyone making a purchase through the website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
3. Products
Products offered for sale are textile items and related products. Photographs and images on the website are provided for guidance.
Minor variations may occur, particularly because of screen display settings, materials used or technical production constraints. These variations do not constitute a product defect.
DEMO V2 reserves the right to change or withdraw a product from sale at any time.
4. Personalised or made-to-measure products
As of the date these Terms were last updated, personalised products are not offered for direct sale on the website.
Any request for a personalised creation requires prior contact with DEMO V2. In such cases, specific conditions may be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed.
Products made to the customer's specifications may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
5. Orders
The customer places an order directly on the website. Confirming an order implies acceptance of these Terms and confirmation of payment.
DEMO V2 reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, a previous dispute with the customer, inaccurate or incomplete information, or product unavailability.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are stated in euros (€). As DEMO V2 operates under the French micro-enterprise regime, VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
Shipping costs are stated during order confirmation. Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
Available payment methods are those offered on the Shopify platform (payment card, etc.).
DEMO V2 reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be charged at the price in effect when the order is placed.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, customers have 14 days after receiving the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned unused, unworn and in its original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except where an error is attributable to the seller. Full details are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
8. Preparation times
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. These times may vary during busy periods.
9. Delivery
Orders are shipped via Colissimo — home delivery with signature.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 business days in mainland France.
DEMO V2 cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, external events (strikes, weather conditions, etc.) or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
In the event of an address error or a parcel returned to the sender, reshipping costs may be charged to the customer.
10. Statutory guarantees
Products sold benefit from the statutory guarantees provided under French law:
- The statutory guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-20 of the French Consumer Code);
- The guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty.
11. Liability
DEMO V2 cannot be held liable for inappropriate use of a product, damage resulting from misuse, delays attributable to the carrier or errors in information supplied by the customer.
DEMO V2's liability may only be incurred within the limits provided by applicable law.
12. Force majeure
DEMO V2 cannot be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling an order due to force majeure, including natural disasters, strikes, major technical failures and logistical disruptions.
13. Data protection
Information collected when orders are placed is used only to process orders, manage customer service and comply with legal obligations. This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual property
All website elements (text, images, logos, graphics, design and content) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution or use without prior permission is prohibited.
15. Disputes and governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the customer may bring the matter before the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer law rules.
